Recycling and garbage may be disposed of in two ways:

Recycling may be taken to the Town Recycling Center on Firehouse Lane, behind Rhinebeck Savings Bank, Route 9 South on Wednesdays from 9-3. Recycling and garbage may be taken on Saturdays 9-1. A fee for garbage only will be charged. A car permit from the Town must be purchased and displayed.
Recycling and garbage may be placed at curbside on Sunday night for very early Monday morning pickup. If Monday is a holiday, garbage pick up will be on Tuesday. Newspapers must be put in a paper bag, corrugated cardboard flattened and tied with string, co-mingled (jars, bottles, plastic, tin cans, etc.) put in a plastic container to be reused by you each week. Tags for garbage only, may be purchased at the Village Building Office at 7467 South Broadway, and applied to your own bags.

Tenants should not park on the street.
Visitors must use Village Parking lot.
All vehicles must be registered.
Dogs are not allowed.
No auxiliary heaters.
Shades, blinds and curtains on windows and doors only.
You cannot paint, paper or change any walls, floor coverings without landlord's consent.
Roofs are off limits to all tenants.
Keep noise to a minimum, quiet after 10:00pm.
Personal belongings, garbage, recycling, trash, etc. should be IN apartment not in hallways, on roof, decks, porches or lawns.
No barbeques on deck, porch or lawn.
